The Grand Ole Opry became an icon of country music known worldwide, attracting visitors not only from the United States but from around the world. It is currently the longest running radio broadcast in history showcasing country music with a variety of performers from different genres of music, including bluegrass, folk, gospel and comedic performances. This "Home of American Music" is truly "Country's Most Famous Stage" and well worth any effort to attend one of its many performances featuring today's legendary entertainers!

Although I have no formal training in photography, I have always enjoyed taking pictures. Photography has been a hobby for over 30 years: from the simplicity of a tele-instamatic camera, to learning the intricacies of the more challenging 35mm. I explored 35mm low light photography at Mardi Gras parades with my dad's old Argus camera which had no light attachment. Also used it on vacations, still getting by without any light attachment - the camera was so old an attachment could no longer be purchased for it, if it in deed was ever available. Later, I purchased a Yashica 35GSN and had the ability to use external lighting with it. Eventually I added an APS camera to the mix and in recent years have gone digital. I have truly enjoyed the...
